Our miso is traditionally fermented for at least 6-month that make it possess such rich flavor for many usages such as making miso ramen, stew, soup pot, seasoning, dressing, pickled salad, seafood dip sauce, meat barbecue, etc.
Ingredients : Organic soy bean (Non GMO), Organic brown rice, Sea salt
Cooking method :
- Pour 1L of water to the pot and boil.
- Add tofu, kelp and other material.
- Add the right amount of miso.
- Lastly put some celery or scallion and, enjoy your delicious miso soup.
