纯鱼滑
Fish slide 制作鱼滑
Ingredients 食材:
Approximate 大约 : 5-7 serving 人份
- 500g readymade fish yellow tail 现成渔家黄尾鱼肉
- 300g ice cubes 冰块
- 2 tsp sea salt 海盐
- 10g potato flour 薯粉
- 1000ml ice water (set aside soaked and beaten fish sauce) 冰水(备用浸泡打好的鱼酱)
Steps 步骤:
- Directly freeze the frozen fish yellowtail and ice cubes in the food conditioner machine (Beat at high speed)直接把冰冻的渔家黄尾鱼肉及冰块放进食物调理机(已高速度打).
- Stir until the ice cubes have melted for about 8 minutes 打至冰块融化大约8分钟.
- Add the sea salt 30 second before finishing 最后 30秒加入海盐
- Take it out, make into your favourite shape, put it in ice water 取出,做成自己喜欢的形状,放人冰水
- Soak in ice water for one hour 浸泡在冰水1小时.
- Set a side or keep inside refrigerator for two days .( Soaked with potable water) 完成备用,或储存在冰箱大约2天 (浸泡在食用水内)
Beginning Easy Soup简易汤底
Ingredients 食材:
- 500ml-800ml water 食水
- 1 to 2 teasponn Wuweijiang powder 至2茶匙 五味江鱼仔粉
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt 茶匙 海盐
Steps 步骤:
- Add water to the pot and boil for about 10 minutes 食水加入锅中煮滚大约10分钟.
- Add the prepared fish and toss about 5 minutes 加入准备好的鱼滑滚大约5分钟
- Finally add Wuweijiang fish powder and sea salt , can add more depends on individual preferance 最后加入五味江鱼仔粉及海盐(可依据个人口味调整).
