Sweet almond (South apricot kernal) rich in proteins, fats, carbohydrates, beta-carotene, vitamins A, B, B17, C, calcium, phosphorus, iron, inorganic salt and essential trace elements which needed by human body. BNC almond powder is fully zero additive. We use the "steaming" method instead of the traditional high temperature roasting method.
